This is a 7v7 Tournament, maximum roster is 12. Players are mixed between adults and competitive high school players. The game consist of 25 minutes halves with a 5 minutes interval. The 7 on field players include the goalkeeper. This will be an 8-team format, meaning 7 games will be guaranteed, the top 4 teams advance to playoffs, and an 8th exhibition match is played between the eliminated teams.

Open play nights
One-off nights. Turn up, pay at the door or online, sides are made on the night — no season, no commitment.
